Our Commitment
Once you have selected TL Commercial Cleaning Specialist to handle your commercial cleaning needs, the process is simple. You will meet with our Sales Consultant and Operations Manager to finalize your contract, review your company’s requirements, and establish a service schedule and start date.
Our Operations Manager will then contact you to introduce your assigned Cleaning Specialists and address any questions you may have regarding the start of your project. While all operational questions should be directed to the Operations Manager, you will also have an open line of communication with your Sales Consultant and the company owners.
On the first day of service, you will be introduced to your Customer Service Manager (CSM), who will serve as your primary on-site contact. The CSM will be present at the beginning to guide the Cleaning Specialists and ensure all job specifications are clearly understood and followed. Attention to detail is a top priority for our team. The CSM will visit the site daily to ensure the quality of work meets our high standards and that services are delivered on schedule.
If any changes are required after services have begun, they must be approved and signed off by both you and the CSM. Please note that Cleaning Specialists are not authorized to make changes without a formal work order issued by the CSM.
On a monthly basis, TL Commercial Cleaning Specialist will conduct a walkthrough with you to confirm that all services have been completed to your satisfaction. Upon confirmation, payment will be processed in accordance with the terms of your contract.
In addition, you will receive a Monthly Customer Satisfaction Survey, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. We greatly value your feedback, as it helps us continuously improve and maintain our position as a leading commercial cleaning provider. We also appreciate referrals and are pleased to offer referral bonuses when your recommendation results in a new contracted client.
